Problem
No system for handling service calls like site surveys and installations. Providers and technicians had no unified platform.
Approach
- Built multi-role marketplace with providers, technicians, and customers.
- Added scheduling, notifications, ratings, and provider review features.
- Designed “Service Call Flow” from request to completion
Outcome
- Streamlined scheduling and technician assignment.
- Improved transparency with live status updates.
- Created new service-based revenue channel.
