Problem
Orders and inventory were fragmented, slowing resellers and limiting enterprise scalability
Approach
- Consolidated Orders and Inventory into one “Inventory” module.
- Added sub-tabs for Warehouse, Devices, Fulfillment, Reports, Orders, and Templates
- Automated bulk order flows for large enterprise clients (e.g., Verizon).
Outcome
- Order processing became faster and more accurate
- Resellers gained autonomy in tracking and fulfillment
- Platform scaled to handle high-volume orders
